Thomas relies on years of experience in the music industry and leads FACE's MI Retail Division. In this role he manages international key accounts and sets out a strategy with our partners to ensure our products can be found in a store near you.

Niels Löffler

Sales Development Specialist

Niels is a seasoned gear specialist with years of experience in the MI industry. As Sales Development Specialist he ensures our MI products look good and the necessary technical information reaches our customer in mainly the German speaking territories. He's an active guitar & bass player and member of the metal band Orden Ogan.

As Sales Development Specialist, Luca is responsible for our Italian customers. Besides being a professional guitar player, he also has a lot of experience in the online music industry in Italy. He enhances the relationship with our current customers as well as new customers in Italy.
