Important Notice: Temporary Suspension of RMA Services

‍We have been informed by our partner Bosch that, due to their ongoing internal separation process, there will be a scheduled system downtime from 1st May 2025 to 12th May 2025. As a result, our ability to process or forward any RMA requests related to Bosch products will be affected during this period. Please note that no RMA cases can be submitted or handled while the downtime is in effect. We kindly ask you to refrain from sending RMA requests or shipments during this time, as they will not be processed until operations resume.
